Return Window

You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@progressionsupplyco.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
